With over 24 years of experience in the fitness industry, Kelly’s journey began as a dedicated personal trainer and evolved into a passion for helping people move, feel, and live better. After completing her Sports Therapy Degree at the University of Hertfordshire in 2014, she went on to establish and run her own MSK clinic within a corporate science environment, supporting clients — from recreational exercisers to competitive sportspeople — to achieve their full potential. Her work focused on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, particularly lumbar spine injuries and return-to-sport programmes.

 

Throughout her career, Kelly has been passionate about helping people of all ages stay active and capable — proving that everyone can progress and benefit from exercise, no matter their stage of life. Many of her clients have been women navigating the menopause, and she has developed a deep understanding of how to adapt exercise and rehabilitation to support strength, bone health, and overall wellbeing during this time.

Now a qualified physiotherapist, Kelly combines her extensive experience in fitness and movement with clinical expertise in MSK rehabilitation and frailty management. As an HCPC-registered physiotherapist and proud member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), she upholds the highest standards of care and professionalism.

 

Working from a welcoming, family-run gym, Kelly offers a personalised, one-to-one approach, using a wide range of equipment without the crowds of a large gym — ensuring every client receives expert, tailored support in a friendly and encouraging environment.
